It’s easy to configure its look and feel so that the end user is totally unaware that they are using an external portal. This means that you can easily integrate Lumos seamlessly into your systems.
Using Lumos you can generate invoices and take payments electronically. Lumos links into electronic payment systems allowing you to take part or full payment at the time of booking.
Using automatically generated emails you can alert all stakeholders to bookings. Thereby you ensure that all interested parties, such as catering and facilities management, are alerted to an event that needs their support.
